add a feature that allow program independent restoration of backups since the program itself may be lost or destroyed when PC should be formated.

Allow us to specify which folder(s) the backup program is installed into. I have a folder named security for backups and recovery programs, which makes it easy to find them if I need to search manually or check the dates on them,

Implement a image validation / verification feature.

Through trying Paragon products for quite a few years, I cannot choose Paragon as a primary tool until a image integrity check has been done - under 2% of all images created have had some type of error that prevents restoration.

Allow users to choose to backup only specific folders with 1 click, first one a full backup and then subsequent differential backups - BUT allow users to create a new full backup of those folders whenever they want.

Backing Up Data is Crucial However How Do I Recover Data With This System?

see the above software as simple as it can and be able to put it also to my USB (portable software)

have the program remove older versions of itself

Be able to back up files to my external SATA drive. The wizard to select a location for backup images refuses to let me select it - and suggests that I buy a humongous USB drive!
